Haven’t used the bands yet. I wanted the long flexible ones. Like what I got but it isn’t what I need. Have written 3 times about this with no answer. Don’t see the long bands on the website. Shame I can’t be using them in my fitness class. At least I have weights and flexible bands with handles so I can get something out of the class. You were highly recommend to me. A huge disappointment so far.
