A must-have for at home work outs!

I am so grateful for my Nadora bands and gliders, especially during all of these gym closures.
The bands are really soft, and still a thick, durable feel. These are top quality and I highly recommend to people of any age who want to get more movement into their routine!

Everything I need

I was not sure if this would be enough to challenge me with my at-home workouts but it's a perfect set to keep me motivated and working out through lockdown. I miss the gyms but thankful for this equipment, bonus that is it so small as I live in a tiny condo :)
